<li><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;">Sediakan tin/loyang/dulang pembakar. Alas dgn baking sheet dan griskan serta taburkan sedikit tepung di permukaannya. Panaskan oven pd suhu 180C.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;">Putar telur dgn gula sehingga btl2 kembang dan ringan. (pastikan adunan ini btl2 kembang dan gebu, ini akan membantu kek mjd lebih ringan dan lembut stlh masak)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;">Masukkan esen vanilla/jus lemon dan putar lagi hingga sebati.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;">Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dlm adunan td sambil dikacau dengan cara kaup balik. (kaup tepung dengan perlahan sahaja) </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;">Tuangkan adunan ke dalam dulang yang telah disediakan. Ratakan.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;">Bakar pd tetingkat atas(high rack) selama 20 minit atau sehingga kek keperangan. (jika menggunakan suhu 200C, bakar selama 10 minit. Kemudian turunkan suhu kepada 180C, dan bakar lg selama 5 minit). Walau bagaimanapun, kepanasan suhu bergantung pd jenis oven yg digunakan. Jadi, hrp2 dpt adjust sendirilah yer.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;">Panaskan jem raspberi sehingga cair.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;">Alaskan sekeping kertas minyak di atas kain lembab. Taburkan sedikit gula di atasnya.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;">Setelah bahulu masak, terus keluarkan dan terbalikkan di atas kertas minyak td. Potong kerak di bahagian tepinya jika suka. Sapukan jem di atas bahulu hingga rata.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;">Gulung dgn kemas dgn menggunakan kertas minyak.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;">Sejukkan sebelum dipotong dan dihidang.</span></li>

Ratakan sebahagian sos pizza tadi dan susun bahan untuk pizza atasnya (buat 2 bahagian) dan diakhiri dengan keju mozzarella. Bakar 20 - 25 minit hingga keju mencair dan roti kelihatan kuning keemasan. Keluarkan dari oven dan hidangkan segera bersama sos kegemaran.
